It is the year 1430. The Prague Astronomical Clock has been out of order for a few decades.
This story, however, starts much earlier – when you as a young apprentice assisted Master Hanuš in creating a great masterpiece, the Prague Astronomical Clock. The clock was launched with glory and enthusiasm of general public. Prague could pride itself on The Astronomical Clock to this day, if it wasn’t for the council’s fear that Hanuš would create a similar machine somewhere else. Trying to preserve the uniqueness of the clock, they blinded Master Hanuš. You were there, when the broken Master destroyed the heart of the clock. On that day, the statue of Death rang the bell for its creator for the last time. The council never got to enjoy the glory of the Astronomical Clock. Today, when all of them are gone, you stand at the clock tower with your Master’s notebook. You are the only one who can bring The Astronomical Clock back to life.
